MEMBERS
Members must reside in Virginia Congressional Districts (CD) 8, 10, 11, or 7 (Prince William County only), and must complete this form.

Members may participate in general membership discussions; deliberate, amend, and vote (only after attending a second meeting) on Steering Committee proposals; volunteer for subcommittees/work groups; and submit written proposals for consideration by the Steering Committee.

Individuals may signup to become new ORNOVA members, but not vote, at the first meeting they attend. New members may vote at their second meeting.

ALLIES
Allies are non-voting participants who do not reside in Virginia Congressional Districts (CD) 8, 10, 11, or the Prince William County jurisdiction of CD7.

Allies may participate in general membership discussions, and volunteer for subcommittees/working groups, but may not vote.
